The Pegasus Story
Pegasus Solutions Group was founded by Joe Barasoain in 2016 to unite experienced professionals from emergency management, law enforcement, medical response, the military, federal government, and large-scale event operations under one team.
The name Pegasus was inspired by Joe’s daughter, who loved the mythical winged horse. It also reflects our philosophy: the ability to see challenges from a 30,000‑foot perspective while moving swiftly and decisively on the ground.
Built in Atlanta and serving clients worldwide, we are a minority-owned firm led by practitioners who have served some of the most complex and high-profile events in the country and understands what it takes to perform when the stakes are highest.
